With a substantial footprint across the country, they manage numerous healthcare facilities providing a wide range of physiotherapy and wellness services. Their aim was to enhance operational efficiency and patient care through a centralized and cloud-based solution.

Requirement

The client needed a sophisticated cloud-based physiotherapy solution to unify and streamline their operations across 60 locations throughout India. They sought to address several critical issues: managing appointments, handling billing and task allocations, and ensuring consistent service delivery while maintaining high standards of performance and security.
